When Can You Request a Return?
If your order arrives with:

โข A defective item
โข The wrong product
Just let us know within 7 days of receiving your order.
Send us a message with:
โข Your Order ID
โข A photo or short video of the issue
Our team will check it quickly and guide you through the next steps.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
To keep things fair for everyone in the Koolex family:
โข Products should be unused and in original condition
โข Returns cannot be accepted for used or intentionally damaged items
โข Orders returned because of incorrect address or unreachable phone number cannot be refunded
Refunds
Once we verify the issue:
โข Refunds are processed within 5โ7 business days
โข The amount will be sent to your original payment method
โข For Cash on Delivery orders, weโll transfer the refund to your bank account/UPI ID or desired payment option.
