When Can You Request a Return?

If your order arrives with:

โ€ข A defective item
โ€ข The wrong product

Just let us know within 7 days of receiving your order.

Send us a message with:

โ€ข Your Order ID
โ€ข A photo or short video of the issue

Our team will check it quickly and guide you through the next steps.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

To keep things fair for everyone in the Koolex family:

โ€ข Products should be unused and in original condition
โ€ข Returns cannot be accepted for used or intentionally damaged items
โ€ข Orders returned because of incorrect address or unreachable phone number cannot be refunded

Refunds

Once we verify the issue:

โ€ข Refunds are processed within 5โ€“7 business days
โ€ข The amount will be sent to your original payment method
โ€ข For Cash on Delivery orders, weโ€™ll transfer the refund to your bank account/UPI ID or desired payment option.
